Bouchées à la citrouille épicée

The white chocolate chips are actually smooth and melty against the real pumpkin flavor, not overly sweet at all. These have been my afternoon snack all week and they're gone way too fast.

Soft-baked is right—these have that perfect tender crumb that doesn’t fall apart, and the real pumpkin comes through without being overly sweet. I’ve already finished half the bag in one sitting.

The white chocolate chips are a nice touch against the spiced pumpkin, and the texture is genuinely soft-baked, not dry or crumbly. These disappear fast at my desk, so I'm already planning my next order for the season.
