Chocoladechip Blondie Happen

The texture is spot-on—chewy and soft-baked, just like the cookies they're modeled after. My only problem is stopping at one when I'm working from home, since the bag's gone by day two.

Grabbed a bag for a late-night craving and ended up polishing off most of it in one sitting. They’ve got that chewy, soft-baked center that holds up way better than a typical cookie, and the chocolate chips melt just right when you give them a quick warm-up.

The chewy texture is exactly what I hoped for—soft-baked like a proper cookie, not dry at all. I've already eaten half the box in one sitting, and the little bite-size shape makes it way too easy to keep popping them.
