Pepitas de Chocolate

The chickpea base makes these denser than a regular blondie, which I was expecting, but the texture is a bit more crumbly than I’d like. The chocolate chip flavor comes through nicely and the protein boost is a real plus, though they’re not quite sweet enough for my usual dessert craving.
