These little bites are dangerously good, the peppermint is cool without being toothpaste-y and the mix of dark and white chips gives every single one a nice crunch. They’ve been my favorite after-dinner sweet this whole week, perfect for when I just need a tiny chocolate fix.
I was worried the peppermint would overpower the chocolate, but the balance is perfect—cool and fresh against that fudgy base. The mix of white and dark chips gives every bite a little surprise, and they stayed moist for days. These are dangerously easy to finish in one sitting.
The dark chocolate chips melt just enough against that fudgy base, and the peppermint kicks in right after—it's like a holiday dessert that doesn't demand a plate. I've already eaten half the bag in one sitting, and those white chips add a nice creamy contrast.
